No powder coating job is too big! PTI utilizes two spacious (12’ x 50’) powder coating studios to accommodate even the largest projects. More Studio space means a more efficient process, eliminating the need for multiple steps on larger projects, and accommodating larger batches with smaller products. This creates shorter lead times and cost savings that we pass on to our customers.
Our powder coat facilities are all indoor to provide a climate controlled environment allowing us to powder coat year round without the worries of the unpredictable Utah weather. This also helps us ensure all powder coat is cured at the correct temperature providing the best results possible.

Pressure-Washing with an acid compound removes any oils, waxes, or other substances that could prevent adhesion while powder coating.
Sand-Blasting is used to clean up projects in the roughest conditions including, metal scale, laser scale, rough welds, or rusted metals. It also provides a more adhesive surface for the powder coat, resulting in more durability.
Zinc Primer can also be applied prior to powder coating to provide maximum durability for projects in extremely rugged environments .
